SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT

Support Generations of Ateneo Scholars

With a Scholarship Endowment, the principal donation is invested and kept intact and only the yearly income derived from the fund is used to award a scholarship. This grant ensures scholarship assistance to generations of deserving students in the Loyola Schools. Scholarship Endowments are typically named after the donor or a person/s the donor wishes to honor.

Currently, AASA has 16 Endowments (See list) that can perpetually support 21 scholars each year.

Our Upcoming Event

Liwayway: AASA New Year Gathering Event

  • January 18, 2025

  • Ateneo University Dorm Basement A & B Function Rooms

  • The Ateneo Alumni Scholars Association (AASA) is set to welcome the year 2025 with a New Year Gathering event on January 18, 2025. This is an annual get-together at the start of the year at AASA that is attended by AASA Scholars and Board of Directors.

Starting this year, the tradition is levelled up by giving this much-awaited event a name– LIWAYWAY.

“Liwayway” is a Filipino word which means dawn; the beautiful scenery we see as we start the day.
Let this event be our reminder that this year is a new beginning,
a new opportunity to make meaningful actions to upskill ourselves, help others, and ultimately, to contribute to society.

  • Make sure to save the date because the Ateneo Alumni Association is inviting you, the AASA Board of Directors and AASA Scholars,
to Liwayway: New Year’s Gathering 2025. The event is scheduled for January 18, 2025, from 11:00AM to 2:30PM.

The venue for the event will be at the Ateneo University Dorm Basement A & B Function Rooms.

NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

AASA Bulletin

The Ateneo Alumni Scholars Association (AASA) would like to share with the community the good news that AASA will be supporting 65 dedicated and ambitious scholars this school year. These students, who come from diverse and often challenging backgrounds, have shown remarkable promise and determination in their academic pursuits. Their dreams are vibrant, but they need our collective support to turn them into reality.

To achieve this, we have set an ambitious target: to raise 13.5 million pesos for the SY 2024-2025. This amount will ensure that each scholar receives the support they need to excel in their studies and reach their full potential.

Alumni scholars may direct their donation to the following channels:
