1. Look through the items and take note of its code.
2. Bidding starts on April 7, 2025, 1PM (PH Time) (kindly wait for the official post before bidding).
3. Bid by sending a message through the AASA FB Messenger or Email using this format:

4. Bids should be divisible by Php 100.
5. Bidders from overseas are ALLOWED to bid.
6. Bids should be in PHILIPPINE PESO or EQUIVALENT to PHILIPPINE PESO.
7. Bidding on MULTIPLE items is ALLOWED. Send a separate bidding entry for each.
8. Wait for your bidding acknowledgement.
9. Highest bidders will be updated every week (to be posted on April 14, 21, & 28) through a Facebook Post.
10. Bid repeatedly on your preferred item/s until the end of the auction period.
11. End of Auction is on April 30, 2025 12NN (PH Time).
12. Winners will be contacted by an AASA staff member for further details.
13. All communication will be initiated using the AASA Facebook Messenger or official AASA Alumni email (asf-aasa@alumni.ateneo.edu)
NOTE: AASA will NEVER REQUEST you to SEND MONEY through a PERSONAL bank account.
14. Should the Highest bidder fail to pay on the given deadline. The second highest bidder will be given a chance to acquire the item and will be given ample time to pay.
